The two drawings are of the marks left behind of graffiti wiped off of public surfaces on the streets on Hong Kong during the social protests of 2019. The performance aspect of the piece involves the artist using her body to rub the charcoal off the paper, as another layer of erasure of the traces of protest. The marks are then left on the artist herself.
